Because there were nothing but cows in the area when we bought the property Bates RV calls home...nor did we pay millions of dollars for a building and furnish it with $10,000 paintings like other dealerships. We keep our overhead low so we can save our customers "Moo-La"!!!.

Speaking of deals; let's talk trades... we will take almost anything cool, and not so cool, on trade. We've taken a B-25 bomber seat, antiques, guns, cars, trucks, boats, ATVs, motorcycles, false teeth, spas, cheesecakes, bird feeders, hams, shrimp, collectibles and more!!! What do you have to trade?? Did you know anything you trade usually reduces the amount of sales tax you pay???

What about after the sale? What other dealership's owner posts their home phone number for customers?? Frank Bates posts his home phone number at the dealership to ensure that every customer is treated the way Frank expects customers to be treated...with respect and honesty.

Family-Owned  vs  Corporate Chains??? In today's world, corporate/stock holder owned dealerships are driven by the bottom line. If you have an issue after the sale from a corporate dealership; it's safer for Presidents and Vice Presidents, Managers, etc... to say "NO".  Owner's of family-owned dealerships rarely fire themselves...and if they do; they usually rehire themselves soon after!!!
